14-Day Return Policy:

KenCrest Creations values your satisfaction.

For merchandise purchased through KenCrest Creations you may return most new items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of the return shipping. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If a customer wishes to exchange an item for size or color, please contact our Customer Service Department and someone will contact you shortly to take care of the exchange. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Procedure for Returns:

To return an item you must login to your account and go to "View Completed Orders" and click on the item you want to return.

If any items are to be returned you must notify us and list the product number and reason for the returns must be included in the box or the order will not be processed.

Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise. A Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please remember that we must have the original item back in its original condition for a full refund. If items are damaged or modified after receipt by customer, we cannot give any exchanges or refunds, as the items will be unsellable for our vendors. If items are damaged in during shipping, please notify Forget-Me-Not USA through our customer service department.

Procedure for Exchanges:

To return a item for an exchange you must login to your account and go to "View Completed Orders" and click on the item you want to return.

If any items are to be returned you must notify us and list the product number and reason for the returns must be included in the box or the order will not be processed.

Use the original (or similar) box. For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once you request the return or exchange, an email will be sent to you with further instructions and the address to send the item to be returned.
